There are many 'How To . . .'  manuals coming onto the Christian Literature market these days, and doubtless each has its own merits and value.

What is also needed is a 'What to Be. . .' form of helpful instruction. I believe Max Winter has produced this. Mr Winter—a former High School Principal in South Australia—also has a fund of practical understanding of life which has been wedded to his theological insights.

 He has conducted a series of seminars from which this helpful set of studies emerged. We believe the same studies will benefit those who wish to use them for home groups, Bible Study Classes, or other church study units.

We therefore publish them with the assurance of their truly Biblical nature, and their practical usefulness.
