Love Unto Glory | ||
| About this Book This is the third volume in the series which tells the remarkable story of the man once called ‘Balwone the Great’ who has really become ‘Balwone the Humble’ and yet is no wimp for all that. The three novels are set in a medieval background, but the discoveries the main characters make are nothing short of unbelievable, in situations that are dynamic. The continuing story is not an allegory or a fantasy, though some strange characters certainly intrude into the lives of the people. Just to read the novels as novels is possible, but few will escape stimulation to excitement and wonder, for the issues this book raises in a natural way are those which intrigue and mystify us. Geoffrey Bingham had been constantly confronted by impatient readers of his first two books—Strong as the Sun and Beyond Mortal Love—and now presents us with the third book, Love unto Glory. It is no less readable than the others. Some who have read the manuscript say it is the best of the three. We leave it to you to make up your mind. Notes on the Author. | |
